The service

Binzey builds and hosts a virtual navigational tour of downtown Owosso at tourowosso.com. A business that signs up is captured in 360 degree images, listed in the tour's directory and map, and may attach an offer that visitors see when they reach its door. The tour runs on the StrollPoint platform.

Art Walk entry

Art Walk entry is a one-time fee of $100. It covers an exterior capture of the storefront, an interior walkthrough, point-to-point navigation to the business, a place on the Art Walk digital map, and a listing on tourowosso.com before and during the event on September 18, 2026. Capture slots are filled in the order businesses sign up, and a spot on the map before the event is not guaranteed after the September 8 deadline.

Staying on the map

A business may keep its listing and tour live after the event for $20 a month, billed monthly starting after Art Walk. This keeps the business live and navigable year round and includes it in every future downtown event map at no extra charge. It can be cancelled any month with notice before the next billing date; the listing comes off the map at the end of the paid period.

Payment

Invoices are issued and paid through QuickBooks. The $100 entry fee is due at signup. Monthly fees are due on the invoice date.

Content

By signing up, a business gives Binzey permission to photograph the outside and, where agreed, the inside of its premises and to publish those images, its name, address, hours, links, offer and photo on tourowosso.com and in the tour. The business confirms it has the right to the logo, photo and offer it supplies. Binzey owns the tour, the captures and the platform. A business may ask for its listing to be updated or removed at any time.

Offers

A business is responsible for honoring the offer and promo code it publishes, for the period it states.

Limits

The tour depends on the visitor's phone, its GPS and its connection, which Binzey does not control. Binzey provides the service as is and is not liable for indirect losses. Binzey's total liability to a business is limited to the fees that business paid in the preceding twelve months.
